  I went through a lot of physicians before I found an office I loved. I've seen Dr. West for about three years now. He saw my husband and me before my pregnancy (while we were still trying to conceive) and then during. The best part was, he delivered our son; I had the best labor and delivery experience because I wasn't handed off to some other physician during my delivery. Dr. West came frequently over the weekend to check in and called the hospital every few hours, as there were some minor setbacks during labor. I trusted him 110% percent and let him make the decisions on how to proceed. Now he sees our entire family, and he'll definitely be my doctor for any future pregnancies. I've also seen Ty a few times and he's awesome. Jessica and Danielle (MA's) have always been so good to us. I have nothing bad to say about the office and the staff, I can't imagine needing to go anywhere else.

  Dr. West misdiagnosed a potentially fatal (but very common and easily diagnosed) condition in my daughter even after seeing her twice. We openly experessed our concerns with him and he seemed to brush them off. We went in for a second opinion and were immediatley admitted to the hospital which may have been avoided had Dr. West made appropriate action in the first place. We stopped going to his clinic immediately.
