  My name is Pam Firebaugh. I want to say how impressed, and touched I am with the service I have received in the Pocatello Shopko Pharmacy. the customer service is above and beyond!! I don't feel like just any oh customer. This has been a very rough year and a half for me with health issues!!! One day in particular I went in to get some advice on the medications I am on, and Carrie (Pharmacist) was so supportive. We cried together. this touched me very much! I am probably not painting the picture as Great as it was. There have been numerous times when two of the Dr.s had me on conflicting medications, that could of caused serious problems. They told us of their concerns and told us to check with our Dr.s before they would fill the prescription. We appreciated this so much. The manager is always very professional and you can tell that she and her employees are a team. One of the pharmacy techs. Jill is also a favorite to have wait on us! thank you for your wonderful pharmacy team. They deserve a pat on the back.
